H-Burns + Ysé Sauvage + Louis Aguilar

Folk / Pop

Les 4Ecluses Salle de concert
Organisé par Les 4Ecluses / Association Arts Scéniques Rocks

Though his 7th album, here is, without a doubt, the best H-BURNS ever made. It’s the most accomplished, the most consistent, the one that best puts forward his ability as a songwriter. The one that places him among the likes of Kurt Vile, Kevin Morby and Andy Shauf. A record trimmed down to the bone, of blunt groove, with a handful of singles like there barely are in H BURNS records.

Warmth and intimacy are blowing through Ysé’s music. On stage with her two musicians, she takes you along a pop folk, orchestral and vocal journey. With her pure and innocent voice, she tells stories with a surprising maturity. Immersed in an English-speaking culture since childhood, she naturally composes her songs in this language. She thus ventures to the path of artists such as Feist, Bob Dylan and Bon Iver, artists from North America – where she lived too.

Louis Aguilar, an animal crooner, delivers ‘Oh Boy’, his latest folk album. It is made of 11 memories taken from his logbook, the poetry of which he supports on stage, alone with his guitar.
